We founded Charcuterie-Hereford with one goal in mind: creating the best possible shopping experience for our customers. DELIVERY

Presently we deliver to all of England and Wales and most of Scotland. At present, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland and non-mainland UK.

We use DPD or ROYAL MAIL  Next Day delivery service.
If you order for £45 or more, then you get FREE Next Day delivery service and £5 shipping fee if less than £45

Most of our orders will come the Next Working Day if the order was made Monday to Thursday before 11 AM.
Sometimes it can take up to 2-3 working days.

HOW IT'S PACKED

Our meat is whole cut or cut to specific sizes and vacuum packed.

We use Sorbafreeze: Chilled Packaging Experts bags which has great insulating properties. In the bag with our product we add pre-hydrated gel ice packs that adds another thermal layer of protections from exterior elements but also helps to further protect your goods while in transit.

RETURN - REFUND

Due to the nature of our meat products and other products we sell, meat products that are returned within 15 calendar days from the date of the purchase are eligible for a full refund. For any other items to be eligible for a luff refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 30 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
